Ways to Participate
Engage with countless Black consumers who are shopping for the holidays.
Invest in the Black community by sponsoring our holiday conference.
The conference is a four-day hybrid (virtual and in-person) event that will convene on Black Friday (Nov. 27th) through Cyber Monday (Nov. 30th). It will be used to establish the foundation of the Recycle the Black Dollar Movement. The digital experience will host daily engaging conversations with Black influencers and leaders around the IMPORTANCE & POWER of the Black Dollar.
As well as provide takeaways on how WE can orchestrate economic justice and power beyond this moment and implement and fortify a robust economic ecosystem for generations to come. The sessions will be divided into tracks using the four (4) RTBD pillars Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and Reclaim. Conference participants will also be encouraged to “buy Black online and boycott standing inline”(at mainstream stores).
Conference Goals: Galvanize Black celebrities, influencers, and leaders nationwide, to build and fortify a coalition within the Black community to collectively impact the U.S. economy by reducing 2020 holiday spending with mainstream businesses by 50% (percentage based on 2019 spending) and redirecting those funds to Black businesses.
We will kick off the virtual conference at 12:00am (EST) with a nationally known DJ. A virtual party with the purpose to encourage the Black Community to shop online and not stand in-line on Black Friday.
Small Business Saturday STROLL
With the help of the Divine 9, we are encouraging everyone to STROLL online or to the local Black-Owned businesses in their community for all of their holiday shopping.
Soulful Sunday will be feature faith leaders as they engage in enriching conversations around economic justice and power in the Black community.
Cyber Monday for the Culture
On the last day of the conference, we will combine the power of social media and the Culture, to promote and patronize Black-Owned businesses on Cyber Monday Movement.
